How to Print
These printables are designed and sized for use on all our Refills, planners from previous collections (except new files), and the Hidden Mountain ring binder. But you can also use them as is.
*All designs include left and right-side binding (this is also for all you lefties!). You can either just print one or do back-to-back.
STEP 1 - PRINT
On 8.5" x 11" paper (US Letter) in actual size.
STEP 2 - CUT
Make sure to print the file that matches your planner-- on the bottom of each page you will see which planner/s they are compatible with and for which side binding. We made the sizes a little smaller for our smyth-sewn planners so they won't go over the round edges. For your reference, these are the final sizes of the files: All Refills (5" x 7.5"), Limitless Planner in Vegan Leather (6.75" x 7.75"), Back to Basics & Limitless Planners in spiral-bound (7" x 8.25"), and Hidden Mountain Ring Binder (A5 - 148mm x 210mm).
STEP 3 - INSERT
• For smyth-sewn planners - You can use washi tape or any kind of tape.
• For spiral-bound planners - Punch & Slit: Use a regular hole puncher to punch through the guides.
Pro tip: Remove the puncher’s bottom cover so you can see where you’re actually punching. After punching, use scissors to cut horizontal slits between the edge of the page and each hole so you can insert it into the planner’s rings. CLICK HERE for a video tutorial.
**This video tutorial shows our old printable files. The files have been updated for the current year. We're showing this video as a reference / guide on how to punch & slit the pages for spiral-bound planners since the process is the same.
