We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent for fulfillment. Inform us ASAP (either through the message portion of your order in your account, email, or text-- don't forget to mention your name and order number) to see if you're eligible for cancellation; we will then credit the balance to your account which you can use for future orders. There will be no refunds, sorry.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on your delivery address, the couriers’ standard rates, and the total weight of the item(s) in your order. It is automatically computed in your shopping bag when you select your location.


Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders are assembled by hand to ensure that our products are thoroughly inspected and packaged securely. In the rare event that you receive a damaged order, please let us know ASAP so we can work something out.

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time takes an average of 1-5 business days* after the dispatching of package. We ship via Fastrack / Xend for Metro Manila and LBC / 2Go / etc. for provincial areas. You'll receive an email once your package has been dispatched.
*Business days are from Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays).

Out-of-Delivery Zone Areas

If your shipping address is an out-of-delivery-zone area, please let us know as soon as possible (upon ordering) so that we can coordinate with the courier on the nearest place where you may pick-up your package.

Packages Returned by the Courier

If the order is returned to us due to delivery failure or incorrect address, we will contact you ASAP. However, the shipping cost was already used up by the attempt. You may choose to have it shipped again or pick it up from their office / branch. If you want to have the package shipped again, another shipping fee will be charged to you. 

International Shipping

We ship from the Philippines. If you're placing an order in another country, we're just an email away. Reach us at or fill out this contact form. State the items you would like to order and your location. We will give you the best price depending on your preferred delivery time and cost. We will gladly do our best to fulfill your order. :)
